EASY FALLĀ® Guttering Giveaway 2024: Terms and Conditions
Only one entry per household is permitted.
Only NSW residents 18 years of age and over are eligible to enter the competition.
The prize is not transferable for cash or goods (including guttering products). Exceptions: Either Prize Winner has purchased guttering products from EASY FALLĀ® within the competition period; in which case, 1Ė¢įµĀ Prize Winner will receive a rebate of 4,500.00 AUD and 2nd Prize Winner, a rebate of 1,500.00 AUD.
Employees, former employees, associates or former associates or relatives, representatives or agents of EASY FALLĀ® Guttering Pty Ltd or of its employees, are not eligible to enter.
Only one drawing is to be conducted with this promotion.
Ā Entry to the competition can be made by completing the competition form at any of the shopping centre or trade show displays and then placing it in the entry box provided, or by submitting details electronically by using the devices provided, or

Entry to the competition is free.
A separate entry form or electronically submitted entry is required for each entrant.
Two prizes only will be awarded at the draw.
The first prize is the complete, new Roll Formed EASY FALLĀ® Guttering System to the value of $7,000.00
The second prize is the EASY FALLĀ® Leaf & Ember Guard, to the value of $2,500.00

The competition period and drawing date are as follows: Competition period: 08/12/2023 to 05/12/2024; which includes the re-draw date if needed. The Drawing Date is Friday 22nd November, 2024. The closing date/time for entries is 5 pm, Thursday 21st November, 2024.
The guttering prize/s will be awarded by delivery to the winnerās home, within a reasonable, mutually agreed time-frame, with consideration that the goods are required to be manufactured and are custom made to fit the home.
The prize/s will be considered claimed, when upon notification of the draw result, the winner agrees to accept the prize.
If a prize is not claimed by Wednesday 04/12/2024, a redraw will take place on Thursday 05/12/2024.
The electronic draw will take place at 12md, on Friday 22nd November, 2024.
Winners will be notified by phone, and/or by confirmation in writing: by email or post.
Subject to the prize being claimed, the winnersā names and suburb of their address will be published in the Daily Telegraph on Wednesday 27th November 2024. The winnersā names, suburb, a brief description and/or photograph/s may also be published in the EASY FALLĀ® Guttering website, and this information may also be used for further promotional purposes and on social media.
At EASY FALLĀ® Guttering Pty Ltd we value our customerās privacy. The entry form, and/or data collected from electronic entries will be exclusively used by EASY FALLĀ® Guttering Pty Ltd for the competition and for marketing and promotional purposes only. By entering you acknowledge that you may be contacted by phone for such purposes within the competition period, up to the close of business on Thursday 05/12/2024. The competition period is from 08/12/2023 to 05/12/2024 (inclusive).
The judgesā decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

This competition does not require a Permit Number, due to changed government regulations regarding Trade Promotions in NSW; effective from 01/07/2020.
Any purchasers of the EASY FALLĀ® Guttering System or EASY FALLĀ® Leaf & Ember Guard throughout the competition period are also eligible to enter the draw.
EASY FALLĀ® Guttering Pty Ltd is a retail supplier of guttering products, therefore neither prize includes installation services. The prizes consist of supply of guttering products only, from EASY FALLĀ® Guttering Pty Ltd. On request, we can supply a list of installers who are experienced in installing these products.
